Hello! My Salty Mail is a monthly subscription that brings a little piece of art, love, and connection straight to your letterbox.
Every month, you’ll receive:
✨ A letter from me
✨Two art print postcards (one to keep, one to send to someone else)
✨ A creative activity prompt
Each order is hand-packed by me and sent with care. This is true snail mail, made slow and meaningful.
How it actually works:
- You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you first joined
- All letters are posted together at the end of each month.
- To receive that month’s print, please order by the 20th.
- Orders placed after the 20th (11:59 AEST) will receive next month’s print instead.
Even if you sign up early in the month, your letter will still go out at the end of the month with everyone else’s.
🐌 Shipping & Delivery
All letters are sent via Australia Post as untracked letters, which means there’s no tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
🇦🇺 Australia: 4–8 business days after posting
🌍 International: 2–4 weeks after posting (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates only, and can vary depending on Australia Post and seasonal delays.
Billing & Cancellations:
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
- You can cancel anytime through your customer account or by contacting me directly.
- Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop the following month’s charge.
- Once a payment has been processed and your letter is being prepared, that month’s order can’t be refunded.

I started The Mail Club to make something real again. To share my art in a tangible way, and to encourage you to pass a little joy forward. In a world full of screens and scrolls, there’s something so special about receiving something handwritten and heartfelt.
